Branch Sales Manager
Role Summary
The Branch Sales Manager will drive revenue growth and brand presence for the assigned Momme branch. You’ll lead B2B outreach to OB-GYNs, hospitals, and diagnostic centers while managing patient acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage referral network with OB-GYNs, maternity hospitals, and IVF centers.
- Achieve monthly revenue and scan volume targets for the branch.
- Execute local marketing: tie-ups with birthing classes and mom communities.
- Position Momme as the premium fetal medicine brand in the catchment area.
- Ensure compliance with PCPNDT and medical marketing regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Healthcare/Marketing preferred).
- 4-7 years in healthcare/diagnostics sales.
- Strong network with OB-GYNs and hospitals in Bengaluru.
- High empathy and ethics in maternal health communication.
